Solicito cancelamento da minha assinatura no Brasil

Está dando mensagem de erro ao solicitar a vocês o cancelamento do meu pacote. 

Informam que realizei a compra pelo app da loja da sansgung e que tenho que entrar em contato com eles, toda via não há possibilidades pois nem cadastro eu tenho no app loja sansung. Segue protocolo de atendimento deles

Por gentileza, aguardo retorno breve.

Quero cancelar minha conta.

While it is true that most people on this forum are other Lightroom users there are Adobe employees as well. I have sent you an email with instructions on how I can help.
