Stronger Noise & Visualisation

I'm looking to add more noise onto my image than what seems to be currently possible, except when I paste adjustments from a previous image (shown below)

the noise level is far above what the sliders allow to be added and this is closer to the look I'm trying to put onto the image. Either after a few seconds or an adjustment to any setting the noise level will reduce and won't look similar even after maxing the necessary sliders,

So I guess my question is how can I make the noise adjustments stronger while looking the same in the fit screen preview as they do exported because I find it hard to properly visualise how the whole image will look when zoomed in.
