Switch from Lightroom plan with 1TB to Photography plan (with 20GB of cloud storage)

I currently use Lightroom CC plan with 1TB (one-year).  I want to change my plant to Creative Cloud Photography plan (with 20GB of cloud storage) but that option is not listed in the list of availble plans. help.
