sync error lightroom mobile

I have two iPhones X, a laptop windows 10 and Creative Cloud. Syncing was ok a month ago. But now syncing is going on forever on both mobiles. It never stops and shows "20 waiting". And no photos occur on the laptop. Another way to see syncing is not ok is that "All photos" are not the same number on the three divices. What's wrong?
