I have had the worst issues for the last 3-4 weeks. edits NEVER SYNC, whether I'm on my phone or PC. The little trick that the tech team told us to do, has not worked. Everything is lagging and I had to re-edit almost an entire wedding 3 days ago. I am starting to lose hope. I wish they would fix these issues, this is totally unacceptable for the price we pay. I can't even use the program right now it's so bad. I've been brought to tears so many times in the past month because I'm so frustrated and tired of this.
DEVELOPERS- PLEASE give us an update to fix these bugs! I hate to go to another software but I am running out of options and my business is suffering!
