Unable to pano merge photos

New Here ,

I have been trying to create a large panorama of a mountain, and for somereason, two photos just will not merge. I've tried merging them seperately, one at a time, but nothing works. The two photos dont have ideal overlap with eachother and the others, but you are still able to tell where they do overlap, and I'm not sure why lightroom merge cant tell. Could it be some issue with the files themselves? Anyhelp is appreciated, thank you.

Post the photos so we can have a look. Without seeing them our guesss is as good as yours.

I'm not surprised that Lightroom has troubles stitching this. The images have no clear details that can be used as stitch points. Most of it is sky, which is notoriously bad for this because the sky changes slightly between shots and has no clear points in it, the rest is also a very low contrast area without details.

Ok, so those two are probably going to have to be unmergable for the most part it seems. Thanks for trying to help!

You could do it manually in Photoshop if it's worth the time that it will take.
