Unable to switch to Lightroom Only plan in Turkey

I use only Adobe Lightroom Ipad version.

A) Is there only Adobe Lightoom Ipad subscription without Photoshop? 

B) Is there only Adobe Lightroom subscription without Photoshop?

Regarding your question B: 
Today there is only one subscription plan that has Lightroom without Photoshop.

After the Plan Changes on January 15, there will still be only one plan without Photoshop.
This plan is the Lightroom 1 TB Plan, which today includes the Lightroom Ecosystem (Desktop/Device/Web) and 1 TB of Cloud Storage. After January 15, it will also include Lightroom Classic.

Only Lightroom option does not appear on my screen.

On my account At " Manage Plan - Change Your Plan"

The options are;

A) Photography Plan 20 GB

B) Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB

C) Photoshop

D) Illustrator

I live in Turkey.

Your issue can best be resolved by contacting Adobe Customer Care at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.

Regarding your question A: There is an in-app purchase in Lightroom for iPad, giving you the Premium plan for Lightroom mobile only.

Is your problem resolved? Lightroom 1TB may not be among the initial recommended options, but it should be available when using the search function within the change flow on the page.

But that is 1 TB lightroom plan and much more expensive than the Photography plan.

Is there a 20 gb or 10 gb version of It?
