User Presets Disappeared?

Hi, I use the free version of Lightroom but do have the paid version of Adobe (not sure if that matters or not). I used to have about eight presets I created on my own and maybe about four months or so ago they all disappeared! I really liked those presets of mine!

I'm not sure if it's something I did to cause this or something else or if I'm not looking in the right area. Can someone let me know if there's a way to get them back.

If you are using the free version on IOS could it be the case that the Presets disappeared  if the app was reinstalled?

If you have a device back up that may help, although I'm not sure how you export them out even if you did.

Which paid Adobe Plan do you have?
