What happened to the Import feature?

After installing the update, the format changed on my app. Now I'm trying to import new Presets I purchased from an outside artist and I cannot find the Import button that was once in the bottom left corner next to the camera. I only have the camera icon there.  Please help me import my new Presets!

In the tab that's called Lightroom (or Edit, for the free version of the app), change your album to something like All Photos where you can actually import images.  Some albums like My Edits and Lr Camera Photos do not show the import button.
