Where did the download icon go in

I want to share an album and allow downloads which was in the i icon on the left but I just posted an album and there is no download option.  I turned on allow downloads.

For Albums I share to a Public Link, the 'Download' is available from the [...] icon.

In Grid view [Download Photos] creates a .ZIP file or all the photos in the Album-

In Single Image View the [...] allows download of the one file as a JPG.
