Why does cloud storage upgrade not work in Lightroom mobile?

As my cloud gets full I upgraded from 20gb to 1 tb to upload the remaining photos from my iPad to the cloud. The cloud settings says 1 tb, also in the creative cloud app. But in Lightroom mobile I have still 20 gb storage. I signed out and in, this doesn't help. Has someone an Idee how to get the full storage in LR mobile?

Does it help to quit the app and launch it again?  

I do see Lightroom has 1 TB cloud storage for your account.  Please reply back if this is still not working for you.
