Will Nik collection 2 or 3 work with Lightroom CC?

Hello y'all,

I presently have Lightroom Classic with Nik collection 2 plugins. It all works well together. I am considering switching plans to Lightroom CC. Will Nik collection 2 or 3 work with this? I am using Windows 10.

Lightroom (CC, as some users refer to it) does not have the capability to integrate ANY plug-ins at this time as far as I'm aware.

will Nik work as a stand-alone app?

(I can use NIKs as standalone in Windows, but I have the 'Google' versions- and not sure about the newer DXO editions!)

You would need to EXPORT derivative (JPG) files from Lightroom to your Hard-drive and then 'Open' these in the NIK programs. (File > Open...)

Then you could Import these 'new' NIK edited files to Lightroom.

Thank you for your quick reply. Then rather than as a plug-in, will Nik
work as a stand-alone app to process photos already in Adobe creative
cloud? So it would work outside of LR. Anyone?
