P: Add a search option in shared albums in Lightroom

The people with whom I share my pictures should be able to rearrange the albums according alphabet. And they should be able to make searches on metadata, tags, persons and locations as well. So far they can't do this!!

Would also be nice to place the pictures on a worldmap which can be zoomed in/out - for the owner of the lightroom subscription as well as for the people with whom one shares albums but don't have a subscription on Lightroom.

Par défaut il est écrit dans la barre de recherche : "La recherche est désactivée dans les albums partagés avec vous".

While this is primarily a user community forum, this "Ideas" section does make its way into the priority list for new feature development. I can see that this thread, although almost a year old, has just 6 upvotes (I just added a 7th). Compared to many other feature requests, that puts this one at a relatively low priority, in my personal opinion, as there are others with far more votes than this one. If you know of lots of other people who need or want this feature, have them check in here and add an upvote.

2023 after 3 years of request,

keyword search is still disabled in Lightroom's shared albums.

Useless for Team work.

Without keyword seach, adobe stock library would be useless, right?

Why is this feature disabled? What are we paying for? ( 7 licences for our Team... )

We need a Search Shared Albums feature. Searching for keywords and titles...etc.

It would be great if in a future release of Lightroom, the search function by keywords could be activated in shared albums.

This would be ideal to use Lightroom as a true shared photo bank.
