P: Adjust selected slider with + and -

Please add the feature in Lightroom Classic to Lightroom Cloud to adjust a selected slider such as "Exposure" with the + and - keys. I use this feature all the time in Classic, and it makes it almost impossible for me to use the new Lightroom. Also, please add an autosync toggle like in Classic to sync changes across all selected images in a timeline instead of having to copy and paste.  I would love if some of the keyboard shortcuts such as Crop could be matched up, but that is probably asking too much. Thanks!

I would suggest splitting this to two ideas. The plus/minus sounds cool to me, the other I do not know the use case for, and does not sound like something I would use.
