P: Allow to change temporary edits folder location

Please allow to change temporary edits folder location. I am talking about c:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CC\Data\TemporaryEdits\

Why it should be on drive C: ? I have other drives with plenty of space for any kind of temp files.
