Hi all,

I'm working on a webshop for a B2B commerce.
For that I need to take pictures of about 5000 items, mostly small metalic and platic parts with a white background

This means, efficiency is key, image quality is not the most important factor here.

I wanted to keep my workflow fast, simple with a consistent set-up and lighting.

I did my research and went for Lightroom. It's been great so far.

I work with an LED lightbox 700mm x 700mm, a iPhone 13 and a QuadLock tripod.

What I love:

- Switching back and forth from iOS to Web is amazing.

- Manual picture setting

- Custom presets

- Automagic masking

- Watermarks

A couple of things that could help me out:

- Naming: when exporting images - the option to name your exported file to your image title would be a big plus

- Masking on iOS. I feel the 'mask background' on Web LR works best for me. It's not available on iOS... (Not I mask on WebLR and go back to iOS to retouch - or invert in iOS)

- iOS lightmode: As my webshop images need to have a white backgrond, it would be nice to have a white or lightmode user interface of LR on iOS. This would help in setting up the mask light options.

- Exporting images from Web LR: in iOS I can export images with a watermark of my company. This option is not available on WebLR

Optional:

- Mask presets: When I overexpose my masked background, I need manually adjust it every time. A preset would be cool

Anyways! Keep up the good work

It sounds like you are using "Lightroom" (the cloud-focused app), not "Lightroom Classic" (the traditional desktop version), though you've posted in the Lightroom Classic forum. (Thank Adobe's marketers for the huge amounts of confusion.)

LRC has most of what you're asking for here. It does sync with Lightroom cloud (mobile, web, desktop) though the sync is flaky and incomplete.  It might be good enough for your needs.
