I have been redirected here after using the Adobe chat support.

It seems that with my last Lightroom desktop update (4.1) , the cropping ratio 16x10 disappeared. How can I get that cropping option back? These changes are very frustrating, I really need to be able to crop my images 16x10 for consistency workflow and now I cannot do it. The custom crop tool doesn't allow me to crop consistently images at the same ratio, would you add this basic photography editing option, please?

I know that the web version has it, but I need it for my desktop version.

The 16x10 crop aspect ratio is now available again in Lightroom on web (lightroom.adobe.com) as of today.  Look for it to come back to the mobile and desktop apps in the future.

I agree, I use it for scrolling side-by-side picture posts on instagram. Unless I absolutely need to do some serious blemish or artefact editing on Photoshop I prefer my workflow to export straight from LRCC in the required crop size. If it isn't too much effort to at least add in the ratios previously removed from LRCC, can developers consider adding custom ratios entries such as in photoshop?  

It seems like the 16x10 crop feature has been removed from Lightroom 4.0. It was present in previous versions of Lightroom up until this update. Please put it back (or even better, allow specifying custom aspect ratios like in Photoshop).
