P: Schedule Sync for overnight hours

I have very limited bandwidth and would like to be able to schedule LRCC photo sync overnight. Like only sync between 11pm and 6am when my internet usage is low.

I know I can turn the sync on and off but that's inconvenient and I often forget to turn it back on.
