Remove help overlays in Lighroom CC

Community Beginner ,

While familiarizing myself with Lightroom CC (cloud based) on an iPad, I tapped or flipped something and now I get the help overlays/tips every time a select a tool.  I find this distracting and I’d like to disable this feature.  I tapped  reset help overlays in the settings, but that didn’t help.  How to I get rid of these tips/overlays?

Hi Elaray,

We're really sorry for all the trouble. You must have reset the all dialogues and tips option in Lightroom preferences.

Please reset  Lightroom preferences back to defaults and it will show you the tips for all the tools in Lightroom CC. Once you done going through all the tools, it will be finished and no more prompts afterwards.

How to set Lightroom Classic CC preferences

Thanks for your quick response.  Your link was for Lightroom Classic.  I’m working in Lightroom CC on an iPad.  Is the procedure the same in both applications@
