Need a little help here.
I have an active subsriction but can't seem to restore it.
Thinghs I have checked,
I am logged into the right account.
Amount has been charged to my card.
Apple store confirms the subscription is active.
Its very frustrating and there is no chat to receive help.
Anyone from Adobe willing to help here?
Is this premium features for mobile only? Try going to the App Store/iTunes to restore purchases/subscriptions.
Hi. Could you try to sign-in with the same adobe-id which you use for this forum? It looks to me that this is the one which has your correct subscription applied. Hope this helps - Guido/ lr Mobile QE
