I'm a secondary teacher in Hong Kong and would love to subscribe the Photography Plan offered at HK$68 a month, but I'd like to know if I would be able to use the new 2019 Lightroom mobile app in future after purchasing this monthly plan now. Or should I put the subscription plan on hold and wait till 2019?
