On lightroom CC premium my selective editing functions such as exposure and white balance are greyed out and cannot be used. I have tried reinstalling the app, signing out and back in.
I'm on a Google pixel 2x running the current version of the app and android 9.0.
Me I have an honor 9 had the problem for months and has gone completely ignored. The chat keep repeating protocol answers like robots it's really hard to get them to concede a technical fault.
