Edit capture time for India

I change the capture time of my photos when I travel and the camera time does not coincide with the actual time. India (and Myanmar) are off not by a whole number of hours, specifically India is 10.5 hrs ahead of EST in the US. The options in Lightroom do not allow you to do that, so you are always off by half an hour. Can this be corrected in the future?

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Lightroom Classic can correct for half hours, but it is a bit unintuitive.

Correct the time for one image by setting the new time manually. All other images will not be set to the same time, but will be shifted by the same amount of time.
