Impossibile connettersi al server

Ho un abbonamento con Adobe per photoshop 2020 e lightroom.

Lightroom non capisco il motivo ha smesso di funzionare, quindi ho fisinstallato il programma e 

l'ho reinstallato ma in apertura mi dice che è impossibile connettersi al server.

Cosa posso fare per togliere il problema?

Ha sempre funzionato!!

We're sorry for the "Can't connect to the server" error. Which Lightroom version do you have installed? Could you please sign out and sign in from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app and check if that helps.

Il progamma Adobe Lightroom è la versione 3.4 l'ultima.

Ho provato a collegami al link da lei consigliato //ffedback....... ma mi rimanda errore di connessione al server-

Non si collega al server nemmeno il link.

Non riesco a risolvere!!  Grazie  per la sua disponibilità e aiuto-

La release di lightroom è l'ultima 3.4.

Ho provato a connettermi al link da lei suggerito ma mi ritorna errore: Safari non riesce ad aprire la pagina.

Ci deve essere qualche bug sul sistema !
