I have the latest version of Lightroom CC, as of June 23, 2020, on a Mac also running the latest software.
I had a backup of my LR library file, and original photos (about 91 photos) stored on a hard drive.
The laptop running LR has been reappropriated by the earth. Hence, I need to open the same library, preferably with the same edits to my photos, on my new machine.
I've done this before on LR Classic and it was a cinch. I cant find a tutorial nor have I sorted out how to make this work. I thought it'd be as simple as deleting the existing library file, pasting my old library file in its place, and clicking to open said library file to open LR. However, this is not so. I can confirm the library file is 3.9gb.
