Preset Button Disappeared ?

In trying to figure out how to install presets, the preset bar/button has all together disappeared.  Please help, as Adobe doesn't give me any options except to come to the forum.  I seem unable to chat to customer service about this.

You must NOT be in grid mode. In other words, you need to have a single image selected and have one of the right-hand panel options open. The preset button is at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. When you click on it the preset panel will open. At the top there is an elipsis,, and if you click on that you will be able to import presets.
