Hi franv,

Spot removal tool can accessed in the Healing brush section, Press "H" to use the healing brush tool. See Lightroom Classic CC Enhanced Spot Removal tool

It functions same as the Lightroom Classic CC(Spot removal) but listed as the Healing brush with basic functions.
