can't acces photoshop beta

I wanted to test out the PS beta but I cannot acces it whatsoever, my browser is up to date, i'm not in incognito, i have a 3090, so that should be enough, it keeps getting me the message i'm linking below. 

The artciles doesn't explain anything, and isn't really helpful, what am I doing wrong ? how can i solve this issue ?

Have you tried another supported browser, same issue?  What happens when you click this link:

yes it does, i just changed my config last year, and i got top of the
market hardware, the computer is not the issue, chrome is up to date also.
Any other idea of what might cause this ?
