P: Generative Fill Button greyed out (age)

After selection is active, I cannot use the generative fill button. It's visible, but greyed out...

I already switched from german language to english without success.. Please advice. Thanks !

    the button is grey for me, i go to tutorials > generative fill and it says it is not avaliable.
    also checked in the comunity and the most viwed solution is the age thing, but my account is not requesting any age verification and on my profile theres no option to chnge it myself...

    can anyone help?

    I have combed through settings at Behance after signing up through my CC account. Can't find the age verification element anywhere?? Any idea where that is hidden?

      Hi

      My name is Boonyagan. I've used window 10. I found bug. First I used Marquee tool  to select 1 part of this image. I want generate 1 car to this image . But  Generative fill  is grey font (as you see image that I attach).I can't type or  click any thing in " generative fill".  I really hope this issue will be resolved soon. Thank you for developing this product. I'm looking forward to using this.

        Hi @Boonyagan30075815gkbw Why is the Generative Fill button not available?
        If you find that Generative Fill is greyed out for you, it is possible that you may not have a valid Date of Birth associated with your Adobe ID account. To update your Date of Birth, you can do any of the following:
        • Log into Behance with your Adobe ID and enter your Date of Birth.
        • Log into your Adobe account and enter your Date of Birth. To learn more, see Error: "Not eligible to use Creative Cloud services".
        Once your Date of Birth is up to date, relaunch the Photoshop (beta) app to enable Generative Fill.

        Dear Adobe Photoshop Beta Support,

        I hope this message finds you well.

        I am writing to report an issue I've encountered while using the Photoshop Beta. The problem pertains to the Creative Fill feature, which has become consistently grayed out and non-responsive in my application.

        When I attempt to utilize the feature in various contexts, I find that it remains unavailable, regardless of the image or layer I am working on. It's a crucial tool for my work and its unavailability has significantly disrupted my workflow.

          The standard setting of Windows10firewallControl blocks the internet. After i switched to enable all, generative filling has become available.

            Hallo, for me it was the Windows10FirewallControl that blocked Photoshop. Now the generative filling is possible. Hope this can help you.
