Generative fill isn't working for me again

Hi... generative fill isn't working for me again. I've been working all day without a problem until now, when I click on it and it doesn't do anything. I was using beta version 26.11 and I updated to version 27 just in case and nothing works either. 2 days ago the same thing happened to me and after a few hours it started working again, but that's not a solution. It's messing up my workflow, and I'm paying for a standard subscription every month and I don't want to throw my money away, I can't work like that. I've even thought it might be because I'm using generative fill too much, but it's unlimited with my subscription. So I don't understand anything. Let's see if someone can please help me. I've attached a video.

Hi @raulg33668490 to be clear, you do not pay for Ps Beta, it is part of your Adobe subsription so it is not a seperate cost.  It is also not a good idea to use a beta app for work as listed here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/photoshop-beta-desktop-app.html

When should I use Photoshop app vs. the Photoshop (beta) app?
Use Photoshop for consistent stability, feature polish, or if you need to create content for commercial purposes. Use Photoshop (beta) for earlier access to the latest features, given that these features are still being updated based on user feedback.

For example, Generative Fill and Generative Expand have been in the Photoshop app and are designed to be safe for commercial use. This helps ensure you can push the bounds of your creativity, confidently, knowing that the current Firefly generative AI model is trained on a dataset of Adobe Stock along with openly licensed work and public domain content where copyright has expired.

And while Generative Fill and Generative Expand may also still be available in the Photoshop (beta) app, the content generated in the Photoshop (beta) app may not be used for commercial purposes.

It is hard for us to tell if this issue is internet connection or something else.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thanks,

Cory - Photoshop Product Manager

I'm referring to the fact that I pay for Adobe Firefly Standard every month, which offers Generative Fill with unlimited credits. Without this subscription, the Adobe Stock photo plan has very few credits for Generative Fill. I'll try the non-beta version, but it's rare for this to happen with a subscription with unlimited credits for Generative Fill. I'll attach the system information as soon as I can. Thank you

It's happened to me again. I don't know why the hell it stops working after a long time. I've been working for 10 hours, and now the generative filler suddenly stops working.

When it stops working, it doesn't matter which version you use. I've explained this several times
