Ghost Text Frame

When editing the text on a flyer, the text box appears way below the actual text I'm editing on Photoshop Beta (23.5) on Windows 11.  The baseline shift is set to zero.   I have included a screenshot below.

To update Photoshop to 23.5, click "Update" in the Creative Cloud desktop app next to Photoshop. More detailed instructions for updating
