P: Administrator is not allowing access to NanoBanana

I'm a part of the company-provided "Enterprise Account". I'm not sure if the personal account also works with this setting.

OK. The issue most of us are having is that we do not have the setting in the Amin console under our EDU Adobe accounts for Non-Adobe generative Ai models. My question: Is your account an educational adobe account?

Previously, my updated Photoshop 2026 could not use the generative AI model from a third-party provider. But after I changed the setting on the Admin Panel that allows Photoshop to use "Non-Adobe generative AI models," it is working. I can use "Topaz Gigapixel" to upscale the photo in Photoshop now.

Hey Clement Young: Did you get something to work that wasn't working before? And if so, what did you do to get it to work?

We have a pretty strong IT team and they said everything is good on their end, that we need to work with Adobe on this known issue. 

Hi I' m using the premium features, but I still cannot use nano banana in Photoshop, it said "Your system administrator isn't allowing access to this feature right now. Please contact them for more information." but I am the administrator... please help
