Yes I did, but I can't figure out where to type in my age. I mean, Adobe got my credit card and I'm from switzerland, so it should be clear that I'm 18+.

Did you click in the grayed-out button?
An error should appear if there's an issue, such as non-RGB:

Hello,
1. An active selection is required. (Make a selection with any selection tool)>
2. Is your image RGB-8 or RGB-16?
3. If you click in the dimmed button, does any error appear?

Click in the greyed out Generative Fill button. Hopefully an informative message will appear.
Somethng big and obvious at the top of the screen that looks like this (but perhaps a different message):

One other thing to try is to turn off VPN if you have it activated.

I am having the same issue. Here is a copy of the first line:

JohnW5C5F_0-1684861124006.png

The operating system is Mac OS 12.6.0

I have installed and uninstalled multiple times using the CCD but still doesn't work. I installed the beta several weeks ago and used the Remove tool without any issues.

Exactly the same issue here. Button is there but greyed out, hover tooltip says: "Generative Fill is currently not available", clicking on button does not do anything.

Version: 24.6.0 20230520.m.2181 4e0245f x64 on an i9 MacBook Pro 16" with Radeon Pro 5500M.

I'm from Europe like some other posters here, that might be related. Also have no idea where to set my birth year or confirm my age, since there is no such option under my account.
