P: Generative Fill Not Working on PS Beta (Program Error)

Yesterday I clean installed Win 11 again and wanted to try out the new feature, so I installed the beta and here is what happened:

After finished installation I opened it up and loaded a generic grass land image to try the simplest prompt, "Bird", so I found it wasn't working, but all the other tools seems fine.

Also, the Remove Tool isn't working too.

I downloaded the PS Diagnostic Plugin and here is what it gave me:

To check to see if it is a permissions issue could folks try the following and report back the results?

Open a PNG or JPG file.
Right click on the Background layer in the Layers panel. Choose Convert to Smart Object.
Right click on the layer again. Choose Edit Contents.

im experincing high demand try again later promt only in generative fill service always off peak or peak hour idk how the problem occurs in my pc and laptop  i tried unstalling CC and PS as well several times now im hopeless somebody help pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease !!!!!!

Estoy utilizando Photoshop Beta y me está dando siempre el mismo error con el relleno generativo, no me genera nada y dice que tiene "un error" sin especificar en que, no es el de la edad.

He hablado con un técnico y con un asistente y todos me acaban diciendo lo mismo, que os escriba para notificar el error.

Me tiene bastante descontento porque trabajo con Photoshop y la IA me estaba ayudando bastante, entiendo que sea un error de programación ya que está en Beta, solo pido que se solucione cuanto antes.

Same issue here.

Before the generative fill progress bar reaches the end, it stops and displays an error saying "Could not complete your request because of a program error"

I had two Adobe agents trying to fix it remotely without success.

@Jerophoto did the SO edit work? It wasn't expected to fix the Generative Fill program error. We are trying to see if it is a permissions problem.

Is "the smart object test" referring to converting an image into a smart object and testing it?

After right-clicking on a layer while viewing a PNG file, I converted it to a smart object. Then, I tried executing generative fill again, but encountered a similar error. I also attempted uninstalling and restarting Photoshop (Beta), but the issue persisted.

The smart object test is checking to see if we are encountering permissions issues. It is not intro be a fix for the program error

I am encountering a specific issue with the Generative Fill feature in Photoshop Beta. Despite attempting to enable or disable different settings, adding Photoshop to the firewall, updating and uninstalling both the Beta version and the original version of Photoshop, as well as reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud, the problem persists.
