P: Keyboard shortcuts

Clicking the "Summarize" button on the Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts is making Photoshop Beta crash. I am also unable to override existing keyboard shortcuts with custom shortcuts by pressing "Apply" although this does not cause a crash.
