On a dual monitor setup with various palettes open on that monitor, clicking or moving those palettes hides Photoshop. I'm on a Mac Studio running Sonoma 14.1

25.2 vesrion came out a few days ago -- installed after getting this error.

The update seems to have fixed it -- did not need to reset settings as previously

Too early to tell since this issue takes a few days go kick in after doing a full Photoshop %appdata% rename.

Hi

I removed 25.0 and installed the version before and after a week or two I installed 25.0 again and it worked.

I'm having the same issue. I can't get v 25.0 to work. The remove tool isn't working properly either...not sure what to do.

@OII we see you have two teams accounts, make sure you have the ability to update and that your IT Admin is not blocking it.

@OII  Please be more specific. Which version of Photoshop do you use? Beta or the release version?

If it's the release version please post you problem in the appropriate Photoshop forum. You are here in the Beta forum.

Please post also more and detailed informations about your system, either here or in the new post.

Is your system up-to-date? Do you have installed all recent updates and patches for the operating system and the device drivers, especially the graphic driver. Please make also sure that you have installed the Studio version and not the Game Ready version of your NVidia driver. Maybe you can post your Photoshop system info. In Photoshop goto Help > System Info and hit the copy button. Then paste the entire informations into your next posting.
