P: Photoshop Beta Generative Fill produces different colors at the edges of the selection.

When trying to add additional areas to the edges of an image using Generative Fill, it creates mismatched colors at the junction of the new and existing parts. It deviates slightly from the original areas, resulting in a grid-like pattern in those areas where new parts were created using the Generative Fill option, even if I fill them with 1024x1024 pixel sections.

I have already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. I am using an iMac Pro running Ventura 13.3.1 system.

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled v25 twice . I've also converted the image to srgb before trying to use gen fill. Neither of these options have fixed the color change issue.

After today's update, the problem persists. The generative fill has different colors than the image. When trying to edit the colors, the program is so slow that it takes a while to preview the edit. It's unusable. When using Content Aware Fill, the colors are fine. The only change from yesterday: for the generative fill, instead of 4 variations, 3 variations are available again.

As suggested if you convert the color profile to sRGB the problem disappers and there is no color mismatch, but with ProPhoto and Adobe RGB it's still here (just updated to latest version)

Same issue here, it started with latest version 25.0, it works well only in sRGB but colors mismatch is present in ProRGB and Adobe RGB, while in the previous versions it was ok also with these two file format, please fix it, now it is unusable!

This is an example of the color mismatch with Generative Fill in latest version 25.0 (file format ProPhoto RGB 16bits, coberted in sRGB result was perfect).

Yes, I confirm. Change the color space to sRGB, apply generative fill, then change back to the color space you are using. This could be a fallback solution until a fix comes (I firmly hope).
