After deinstallation of Photosdhop beta the Creative Cloud opens again and again ...

I`ve tried the beta version of photoshop, deinstalled it and a few days later installed it again  .... whenever I try to select images now the Creative Cloud asks me what to do with the deinstallation.

Please help it`s so annoying  🙂
