can't use new remove tool in photoshop beta

Does it work now? If so, how long did it take to download?

Have you tried leaving that alone for a good while? (letting it download)

When PS finishes downloading/installing, in the CC app I saw it was followed by a large download for this tool, and you should let that finish. Maybe people are cutting off this process and somehow starting up PS too soon... (Seems officially you can already start up early, but you still have to give the download a chance to finish.)

If CC app doesn't show an update warning about this, I would try uninstalling/reinstalling — or you could wait for a clever insider tip.

Or if you have slow internet, let that download for a while (somehow try to check if there is an incoming stream going).

For a Jack Sparrow version, there's always a chance these can't get that tool.

And oops, you can have that tool in the official 24.5 release! No need for the demo, unless you like to stay several versions behind, which I can understand.
