Can't use the new AI tools despite verifying my age on Behnace

Hello,

I'm unable to use the new AI tools in Photoshop Beta as they are greyed out. I've contacted the support staff at Behance, and they said it's due to a date of birth issue in their platform. They've reset my date of birth. Can you please advise that you're seeing this updated DOB birth on your end?

I'd like to start using these AI tools asap.

    Be aware that if you have previously entered a DOB and you are underage, the date cannot be changed. If you have not previously added age verification, and cannot enter your age verification via Behance, Adobe Customer Care can assist you. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and log into the site. Click the chat pod on the bottom right and type AGENT to get a real person who can help. Be patient 1:1 customer care puts you in a queue. Or you can reach out on Twitter at AdobeCare

    @Kevin StohlmeyerIssue resolved!!! Thanks for the tip of typing 'Agent' into the chat. That got me a real person, who logged onto my maching and resolved the issue. Thanks for your help and suggestions kind sir!

        I never enetered a DOB that was under aged (I'm in my mid 40s lol). I have the Behance team reset the age verifaction section, which allowed me to enter my age again. I guess I now have to get adobe to awknoledge my Behnace age. Thanks for the link!

            Hi Kevin,

            Behance allowed me to reset my DOB, but when I try and use the AI fill it's greyed out. Behnace told me to come here to request support from Adobe. Not sure if Adober has a different user to support staff fourm.

              Are you getting the age verification message in your beta or not even seeing the Generative Fill field?
