Can you use the AI tool to create different versions of an existing image?

Say I have an image in another style, like pixel art, and I want Photoshop to generate a digital painted version of the same image. Can it do that? And if so, how? Because it should totally be a feature. I'd love to use it for things like logo generation. Or maybe they are features coming soon.

Just to clarify, by "The AI tool", I'm referring to the new Photoshop BETA and generative fill, as that's the only one I am aware of from Adobe. Firefly I don't think can do this yet.
