Cant open file after save

I just made a art and after i saved, photoshop said "Could not complete your request because of a program error". I remadade the art exactly how it was before and after save, i got same error.

It looks like you used a template.  This is just a guess, but it might not let you save the file overwriting the template.  So, do you know what format you saved the document as?  If it is layered, then save it as a .psd file.

If you want to save it as a JPG then you might find that choice is not available, and you are only shown these options.

If that is the case then enable this setting in Preferences > File Handling  

Enable legacy "Save As"

You will then have a full range of file format options.

If none of this helps, then please give us a more detailed account of what is happening.

What Photoshop version are you using?

What Apple operating system?

Where did you find the artwork you are working on, or did you create it from scratch?

What format did you save it as?

Can you see the file on your drive?
If you can see it, what is its format, and what is its size?
