cant use "guides" in photoshop web interface

Hi, if I upload a PSD file from my computer, view>guides can be turn on and off, but if I create a "new file" on the site the "guides" option is grayed out.

Hi @9dot2638471339i7 curious if you create a new file, then make sure Rulers are turned on, can you drag from the left or top to set the guides? If you check, do Guides show then to turn on and off?
