Hoping someone can help with this.
I updated Photoshop and the generative fill taskbar showed up. Great, I played around with the tutorial and all was well. Then somehow I mistakenly hid it and couldn't find a way to get it back.
I hunted around the good old internet that told me to go to Window, and make sure Contextual Task Bar was checked.
It was. I can find generative fill in the regualr edit menu, but that doesn't allow me to expand an image.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop. Same problem. Contextual task bar is checked but the floating task bar doesn't show up anywhere. I know I am using the latest version.
I now removed Photoshop and reinstalled for a second time. Same issue.
I also tried unchecking contextual task bar and closing photoshop, then reopening and checking it but no matter what I do I don't have any luck getting it back.
Any advice anyone?
Thanks,
Lorraine
Well I knew as soon as I posted this I'd figure it out.....

For anyone looking for it, you can check it to appear from window -> contextual task bar (low on the menu)
