firefly is not working

I'm trying to use the tool today, but it keeps charging forever and doesn't work. It's already updated, I restarted the machine and did what I could. But it's not working.

Does anyone know of any instability or when it will return?

        Hi Cory,

         

        I'm having similar issues with firefly. Im currently using PS 25.5. the generate bar allows me to type prompts and click generate. What happens next is a quick flash of the generate window but nothing happens. No internet, region or anti virus issues. I'm unable to extend frame, blend using Ai and basically firefly is unuable for me. I"ve restared, re-installed and i'm ou of options. would love some help. thank you

        Yes, GenAI in Ps desktop.

        It turns out that I try to do any command, as usual, but it just says 'load' and it doesn't work...

        with any command, like the ones I usually use, today this load is not coming out.
