I can guide you on how to turn off the "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up" rule in the Outbound Rule section of the Firewall Advanced Security settings. Here are the steps you can follow:
Open the Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security. You can do this by searching for "Windows Defender Firewall" in the Start menu and selecting the "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security" option.
In the Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security window, click on "Outbound Rules" in the left-hand pane.
Look for the rule named "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up" in the list of outbound rules. You can scroll through the list or use the search function to find it quickly.
Right-click on the "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up" rule and select "Disable" from the context menu. This will turn off the rule and stop it from blocking traffic.
Once you have disabled the rule, you can close the Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security window.
By following these steps, you should be able to turn off the "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up" rule and resolve the issue of blocked traffic. Let me know if you need any further assistance!

You are using pirated versions of Adobe then, that only gets inserted with cracked versions.

Well the people who reply that it worked for them shows who is using cracked versions and not genuine!
