generative fill finished but got no result, properties also missing.

had just updated to latest version of Photoshop (Beta) 25.1.0, and Photoshop 2023 (24.7)

I wanted to extend a photo, which had been done many times before and worked well. But suddenly it's not working. I selected the extened empty area and used Generative Fill (see attached screenshot 1), the result dissappeared after finished, even the Generative Layer in Properties is also gone.  (see attached screenshot 2)

However using Generative Fill inside the photo is perfectly fine. I selected the area inside the photo and everything works as good as before. (see attached screenshot 3)

So it seems the Generative Fill only goes wrong with empty extended area, any solution? Thanks all

Already updated to latest version 25.1.0, any solution?
