Generative fill greyed out

Hi,

I  just wanted to test out the Generative Ai but it's greyed out constantly.

I tried the fix with the birth date on Behance and my adobe profile but i'm registered with a student liscense for my current university. There is no place to put my date of birth.

I hope there is another fix to use the Ai.

I currently run v. 25.0
