Question

Generative Fill loads to 100% and then gets stuck for 5 mins before displaying result.

Adobe generative fill loads to 100%, but then gets stuck there for about 3-5 mins before generating an image. 

It was working fine before but over the last few days its sits at 100% for a very long time before displaying a result.

I have updated the app to the latest version (As of Saturday 24 June), uninstalled and re-installed it but that didnt help.

    Same exact problem. Always working well and now keep sticking before showing the results.
    I just solved the proble by using a VPN.

    I started having the same issue a couple of days ago. I have just logged out of adobe, did a hard reset of my router, logged back in and Gen AI is back to normal. Also working fine with and without VPN.

    log out of all Creative Cloud Active Logins, and log back in, it works for me

    Hello guys,
has anyone solved the problem? For me with any wi-fi or hotsopt connection, nothing changes, it remains 100% blocked, can you help me?

    I had to log out of all Creative Cloud Active Logins, log back in, and then change to hotspot. Otherwise Gen fill stayed at 100% and nothing happened.

    It loads 100% then stays like that7 minutes or more then goes back generative fill tab with no resutls.  This is happening to me since 28th August. I reintalled  but still the same.

      Mine is doing the same. It is just after the recent update. I have installed and unstalled with no luck. I have also tried using my phone's internet and still the same issue.

          working fine now. Just tried to uninstall and install the old vesion and update it from old version.

          I used reintall from an old version  still the same & tried a deffrent internet connection still not working. It loads 100% but nothing else.

          I am having the same issue.  Was working fine this morning and now I'm having the same issues as above.   I'm on the latest version and all updates up to date, and on a brand new imac.   Did anyone get this resolved?

                Same issue here as well.   loads to 100%, then gets stuck for about 4-5 minutes before showing the result.    Nothing else on my system has changed.  This is a new problem as I have had great results before.

                    Yes. I managed to solve it on my own. I just connected to a different wifi and redid generative fill and it worked perfectly. Try connecting to a different internet connection (I used my phone's hotspot). For some reason it works even though there's nothing wrong with my primary internet connection.

                      Hello there, thanks for the update. However, I don't feel like it is a solution. Since, I use this for a professional purpose I cannot just connect to hotspot and drain my data and mobile charge while I am working on PC. There has to be a solution for the problem using the existing broadband wifi connection. If it doesn't get into any direction, and we have to live with this bug, they must officially announce this issue so that people are aware of the fact that they should manage 2 wifi connections or get ready to drain their phone while working on PS.

                        Try resetting Prefs for the Beta:

                        /Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/ Photoshop Beta Settings (Mac Ventura)

                        C:\Users\user name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\Adobe Photoshop (Beta) Settings )Win)

                        Launch BETA Photoshop While Pressing The Keyboard Shortcut

                        With Photoshop closed, press and hold Shift+Ctrl+Alt (Win) / Shift+Command+Option (Mac) on your keyboard and then Launch Photoshop the way you normally would.

                        It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

                          Hi Cory, thanks for the response. This issue has happened a few times where it gets stuck at 100% and doesn't generate (or generates after 5 mins). Each time I fixed it by connecting to a different wifi connection (such as my phone's hotspot). For some reason, it works even though there's nothing wrong with my primary connection.
