Generative fill stops before anything is generated.

Generative filling starts running as usual, but then stops without generating anything.

Today, I don't know what's going on, but it's failing a lot. You hit generative fill, and most of the time it just goes all the way to the end and doesn't do anything.

Hi all, there are many issues today that are being caused by the AWS outage and it is effecting servers all over.  We don't know when this will be resolved but the teams are working and monitoring this.
